Cependant, cela ne refl\u00e8te qu&rsquo;une partie du probl\u00e8me. <strong>Impacts-HPC<\/strong> vise \u00e0 d\u00e9passer cette vision limit\u00e9e en int\u00e9grant \u00e9galement l&rsquo;impact de la fabrication des \u00e9quipements et en \u00e9largissant le spectre des indicateurs pris en compte. <\/p>\n<p>Cet outil permet \u00e9galement de retracer les \u00e9tapes d&rsquo;un workflow informatique et de documenter les sources utilis\u00e9es, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la transparence et la reproductibilit\u00e9. Dans un contexte o\u00f9 la crise environnementale nous oblige \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer simultan\u00e9ment le climat, les ressources et les autres fronti\u00e8res plan\u00e9taires, de tels outils deviennent indispensables. <\/p>\n<p>La biblioth\u00e8que Impacts-HPC couvre plusieurs \u00e9tapes du cycle de vie : la fabrication et l&rsquo;utilisation des \u00e9quipements. Elle met \u00e0 la disposition des utilisateurs trois indicateurs essentiels : <\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">&#8211; <strong>\u00c9nergie primaire (MJ) :<\/strong> plus pertinente que l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 seule, car elle inclut les pertes de conversion tout au long de la cha\u00eene \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Impact sur le climat (gCO\u2082eq)<\/strong>: calcul\u00e9 en agr\u00e9geant et en convertissant diff\u00e9rents gaz \u00e0 effet de serre en \u00e9quivalents CO\u2082.<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; \u00c9puisement des ressources (g Sb eq)<\/strong>: refl\u00e8te l&rsquo;utilisation de ressources non renouvelables, en particulier les min\u00e9raux m\u00e9talliques et non m\u00e9talliques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>C&rsquo;est la premi\u00e8re fois qu&rsquo;un tel outil est propos\u00e9 pour une utilisation directe par les communaut\u00e9s de calcul scientifique, avec une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et document\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette biblioth\u00e8que ouvre la voie \u00e0 une \u00e9valuation plus d\u00e9taill\u00e9e des impacts environnementaux associ\u00e9s au calcul scientifique.
