On peut citer les m\u00e9thodes PINN qui permettent de r\u00e9soudre une EDP en rempla\u00e7ant les approx- imations par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis par des r\u00e9seaux neuronaux [WSWP23]-[SS22] ou des op\u00e9rateurs neuronaux qui approximent l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur inverse de l&rsquo;EDP et permettent de pr\u00e9dire rapidement la solution \u00e0 partir de la source. Par exemple, dans [GPZ+23]-[CZP+24], les auteurs utilisent un op\u00e9rateur neuronal pour pr\u00e9dire la dynamique d&rsquo;un plasma dans une configuration simplifi\u00e9e en un temps relativement court. De nombreuses applications r\u00e9alistes, telles que la physique des plasmas, n\u00e9cessitent de traiter des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries compliqu\u00e9es et des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes multi-\u00e9chelles sur de longues dur\u00e9es. Le d\u00e9fi de cette th\u00e8se est donc d&rsquo;essayer de pousser ces approches bas\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux neuronaux \u00e0 un niveau plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour les probl\u00e8mes multi-\u00e9chelles. Nous aimerions \u00e9tudier des approches qui maintiennent la pr\u00e9cision et la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme sur des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries g\u00e9n\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re approche consistera \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer la m\u00e9thode Neural Galerkin [BPVE24] qui maintient une structure d&rsquo;EDO dans le temps mais approxime la partie spatiale ainsi que la d\u00e9pendance param\u00e9trique de l&rsquo;EDP par un r\u00e9seau neuronal. Cette m\u00e9thode permet d&rsquo;utiliser les bonnes propri\u00e9t\u00e9s des r\u00e9seaux \u00e0 haute dimension pour r\u00e9duire le nombre de degr\u00e9s de libert\u00e9. Nous proposons de coupler cette approche avec les approches r\u00e9centes des PINN pour traiter les g\u00e9om\u00e9tries g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Deuxi\u00e8mement, nous visons \u00e0 \u00e9tudier la stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme, qui est un probl\u00e8me critique, en incorporant la structure des \u00e9quations [Sun19], en utilisant des sch\u00e9mas de division pour pr\u00e9server la structure, ou en combinant le sch\u00e9ma avec des m\u00e9thodes de \u00ab\u00a0stabilisation\u00a0\u00bb [BP24]. L&rsquo;un des points cl\u00e9s sera de d\u00e9terminer des architectures de r\u00e9seaux neuronaux robustes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>La deuxi\u00e8me approche se concentre sur les op\u00e9rateurs neuronaux. Les premiers r\u00e9sultats ont montr\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une voie prometteuse. Toutefois, les probl\u00e8mes de stabilit\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme restent importants. Nous souhaitons explorer plusieurs m\u00e9thodes pour am\u00e9liorer les approximations \u00e0 long terme [MHSB23]-[LVP+23] et les \u00e9tendre \u00e0 des configurations multi-\u00e9chelles. En plus de ces approches g\u00e9n\u00e9rales, nous pouvons \u00e9galement \u00e9tudier comment incorporer la structure du probl\u00e8me physique dans l&rsquo;architecture des op\u00e9rateurs. Les approches obtenues seront coupl\u00e9es \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes capables de traiter des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries g\u00e9n\u00e9rales telles que [LKC+24]-[BET22] qui utilisent des noyaux int\u00e9graux param\u00e9tr\u00e9s dans le domaine physique.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 1\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes purement neuronales resteront limit\u00e9es en termes de pr\u00e9cision. C&rsquo;est pourquoi, \u00e0 terme, nous souhaiterions les coupler avec des approches num\u00e9riques plus classiques pour obtenir des algorithmes plus rapides que les approches traditionnelles et fiables. Ce type de couplage a d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats tr\u00e8s encourageants [FMDN23].<\/p>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, ce th\u00e8me repr\u00e9sente une opportunit\u00e9 stimulante d&rsquo;explorer les avanc\u00e9es r\u00e9centes dans le domaine de l&rsquo;apprentissage profond et de la simulation num\u00e9rique. Nous proposons une approche \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e qui combine des m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles et des techniques innovantes pour r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes complexes dans le domaine des sciences physiques. En particulier, nous validerons les approches des syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;EDP fluides et MHD avec turbulence et m\u00e9lange convectif, avec des applications potentielles \u00e0 l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie et \u00e0 la fusion.
